DVK wants people to play the Pen Pals theme song over the PA at a big-box store. Rory wants the live Pen Pals to be already sold out. They mention some of the merch that they are going to have magnets and stickers with “Daniel Vaniel Kaniel” with a slash through it. It was around this time that they had a poll on the Pen Pals instagram and twitter wondering if they should stop calling DVK Daniel Vaniel Kaniel. The first letter is from me, encouraging Rory to go to The Wormhole coffee shop in Chicago. The guys go on an extended discussion about what they like in coffee shops and diners. Rory talks about how he likes authenticity. They talk about smoking cigars when they come back from the break. They joke about playing card games, playing Euchre, playing Bob Euchre. DVK brings up the story about Mr. Belvedere sitting on his own testicle, which gives us the hashtag #ploppedAndPopped and for some reason DVK sings the Frasier theme song and Rory adds #Frasier. Famous DVK quote “you fuck with Boggle?” Rory loses it and can’t stop laughing about “you fuck with Boggle?”
